Three steps to apply
- 1 · Register online at the SSO portal between 1 June and 31 August.
- 2 · Submit documents — national ID, secondary school transcript and one letter of recommendation.
- 3 · Sit the entrance exam in September at one of three regional centres.

Tuition & Support
As a public university, UNTL keeps tuition affordable for Timorese citizens, with support for students from the districts. Scholarships are available through the Ministry of Higher Education, Camões I.P., Erasmus+, and partner universities in Portugal, Brazil, Australia and Indonesia.
